NFC Institute of Engineering & Fertilizer Research, a subsidiary of National Fertilizer Corporation of Pakistan invites well reputed firms / contractors having valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration minimum C-3 category for implementation of its following civil projects within its existing area located at Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad.

1.             We have different and short time schedule for above bid competitions. Bid programme can be obtained from office. Further, already pre-qualified firms not needed for re-submission.

2.             The tender documents can be obtained on submission of following documents from Account department of IEFR during working hours/days from 0730 hours to 1400 hours (Except Friday) on non refundable basis of payment of Rs. 2,500/- per tender from 24-12-2007 to onwards.

1). Name of the firm. 2). Address. 3). Phone No.(s), E-mail, Fax No.(s) etc. 3). Article and Memorandum of Association. 4). Detail of Organization and Experience. 5). List and particulars of permanent staff. 6).Engineering machinery (T&P) owned by the Company. 7). List of major jobs of similar nature (building works) undertaken in last 5 years with value of the work. Completion period etc. preferable with Govt./Semi Govt. departments. Details of jobs in hand. 9). Proof of valid registration with Govt/Semi Govt. departments & also with Pakistan Engineering Council minimum C-3 category. 10). Informations regarding pending litigation case with clients firms & affidavit that firm is not black listed from any Govt/Semi Govt. departments.  11). Certificate of financial soundness, bank statements, NTN No. etc.

3.             Please note that we have short time for implementation/tendering of above mentioned projects. Therefore, it is requested that interest firms should visit alongwith all relevant documents at earliest to participate in bidding.
