Dear Parents,

We are pleased to congratulate you regarding Provisional Admission of your son/daughter in B.Sc. Electrical Engineering. It is a unique opportunity, which you have acquired. We believe that parents, teachers and students constitute a triangle whose teamwork can only yield a fruit of success, not only for individuals but also at national level. In order to achieve our common objectives, we need your constant assistance during the entire period of study of your son/daughter.

In order to confirm your interest regarding admission in subject discipline, you are advised to submit the enclosed Performa by October 24, 2009, otherwise your admission will be cancelled and seat will be offered to the candidate in next merit order, and refund of dues deposited will be made as per refund policy mentioned in prospectus at page No.66.

Please bring all original documents and report to the undersigned on or before 24^th October, 2009 during the office hours i.e. 08:00 A.M. to 01:30 P. M. to manage all the requirements of medical fitness, books and other required formalities, classes will be commenced on 27^th  October 2009 Inshallah. The admission will be confirmed after the verification of all original documents, endorsed by the issuing authority and registration of candidate by the University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore as per university rules, and approval of worthy Director IEFR, whose decision will be final in this regard, otherwise your admission opportunity will stand cancel automatically.

UNIFORM

It is strictly advised to the student to wear the uniform during the classes as mentioned in the Prospectus under the heading rules & regulation at Page No. 76 other wise he/she will not be allowed to sit in the class.

This is just a courtesy letter, NFC Institute of Engineering & Fertilizer Research (IEFR) Faisalabad does not accept any responsibility in case this letter is not received in time due to any reason and you will lose your chance of admission.

We are pleased to congratulate you regarding Provisional Admission of your son/daughter in B.Sc Electrical Engineering on category I (ii). It is a unique opportunity, which you have acquired. We believe that parents, teachers and students constitute a triangle whose teamwork can only yield a fruit of success, not only for individuals but also at national level. In order to achieve our common objectives, we need your constant assistance during the entire period of study of your son/daughter.

It is advisable that student should deposit bank draft of Rs.167,500/- (Rupees 01 Lack Sixty Seven Thousands Five Hundred only) on or before October 24, 2009 to cover self finance fee in addition to Rs.100,000/- which has already been deposited by you, and remaining Rs.150,000/- to be deposited as mentioned in Prospectus at Page. No.65.
