CIRCULATION
SERVICE
This section plays a pivotal role for
providing the books to readers. The readers may contact
the
librarian regarding the maters relating to library membership,
fine and clearance etc. the general books, theses and old IEFR
reports have been shelved in the section. The new arrivals
have been placed near the library circulation counter. f. The
book may be traced out by consulting the catalogue through its
author, title or subject.
Photocopying
This facility is available in the library ,
from where the user can get the photocopy subject to the
copyright law. It is possible to enlarge and reduce copies.
REFERENCE
SERVICE
Its
function is to answer the reader's reference questions. It
also answers the questions as like who is who, what is what,
how and where etc, to save the precious time of the users. The
reference tools like encyclopedias, dictionaries atlases etc,
are placed in the shelves these books can be consulted within
the library

to any other user.

Users can consult literature in library without
issuance procedure.
-internet facility available is meant for the purpose
of study only. Chatting is
strictly banned in the library through Internet.

Students are entitled to borrow up to three books for
the specified period.
-
Book borrowed may be renewed for another period if
other users have not reserved the desired book. Overdue books
will not be re-issued.
-
Reference material, annual reports, pamphlets, current
periodicals, epic reports and newspapers can only be consulted
with in the library premises
-

Fines
The
violation of lending rules may result in the following fines.

Overdue Books
The
students will be charged Rs 05/- per book per day after due
date. Where as employees (executives and non-executives) are
dealt according to the company policies.

Lost Books
In
case of total loss or damage, the users will replace or charge
with
present worth of the books.
3.
Weed –Out
Newspapers
and damaged materials are weed-out after stock taking on
annual basis.

READING HALL
General Rules
-
Personal
belongings, such as handbags, briefcases etc. are advised
to place at specified place near the library entrance.
-
Right
of entrance is reserved.
-
Library
staff may request for the inspection of your belongings.
-
Library
books are carefully examined on return. Writing on books,
underline or mark any paragraph are not allowed and
borrower will be held responsible for the same.
-
After
reading leave books on the table or on the book trolley.
Don’t shelve the books yourself.
-
Drinks
and eatables are not allowed in the reading hall.
-
Smoking
is strictly prohibited inside the library.
-
Don’t
disturb other fellows and keep your mobiles off in the
reading hall.
-
Any
violation of rules and regulation is treated under
disciplinary action.
