Bachelor’s Degree Program in Chemical Engineering

Chemical Engineering department offers four-year bachelor degree program in Chemical Engineering. The courses at the undergraduate level aims at providing the students a broad-based education with emphasis on theory and practice of Chemical Engineering keeping in views the current and future requirements of the country. The courses of study are in accordance with the advancement of era and offer opportunities of specialization in one of the few optional subjects in the final year as well. All the courses are designed under research oriented atmosphere. The courses are structured as to provide fundamental principles of Chemical Engineering as well as modern advancement in the field. Continual improvement in courses outline is the added features of the department. Semester system and mid-term tests encourages thorough studies and understanding of the subjects.

The course is designed to impart the students’ complete grasp of practical and theoretical aspects of process industry. Students are encouraged to identify & rectify industrial problems. On-plant training in industrial & design organizations is a part of the regular undergraduate curriculum.
