Tuition Fee
Increment
Tuition Fee will
increase @ 2% annually on the basis of Rs.8100/- per month initially
for engineering programs and on the basis of Rs.7800/- per
month initially for Computer Science & BBA programs.
Dues
Rebate/Concession
A Rebate/ Concession
of 5% will be given on the payment of lump sum fee of the whole
year.
Payment of Dues
Payment of dues will
be made on quarterly basis (after three months) and will be payable
up-to 10th date of starting month of each quarter. A fine of Rs.50
per day will be charged after 10th of first month of that quarter
till the last date of that month. After one month of the quarter,
the name of the student will be struck off from the roll of the
Institute and he will not be allowed to attend the classes. For the
re-admission, he will have to pay the Institute dues standing
against him with Rs.5000/- as re-admission Fee.
Fee Deposit
At the time of
submission of Application Form the applicants will deposit the
Admission Dues Rs.106,050/-for B.Sc. Engineering programs and
Rs.105,150/- for B.Sc. (Honors) Computer Science & BBA programs alongwith
application form in shape of Demand Draft / Pay Order in favour of
NFC Institute of Engineering & Fertilizer Research, Faisalabad.
Overseas
Pakistani/Foreigner/Self Finance {Category H & I}
The Applicants seeking
admission on category reserved for Overseas Pakistani/ Foreigner or
Self Finance (Category H & I) would have to pay additional
Rs.410,000/- (Four Lack and Ten Thousand) at the time of submission of Application form alongwith
admission dues. Overseas Pakistani/Foreigner/Self finance dues will
be increase @ 5% annually.

the next candidate in the merit order. Dues will be refundable

All the dues
paid by the candidate will be reimbursed except admission fee.
The self finance fee deposited will be returned in this case

Only
refundable dues will be reimbursed. In case of admission on self
finance {category H & I}, the self finance fee and refundable
dues will be refunded. |

Incase the
candidate admitted on seats reserved for Self finance /
Foreigners / Overseas Pakistani {Category H & I} and he request
for the cancellation of admission after (30) days from the
commencement of classes in written form; |
Only
refundable dues will be reimbursed. |

f)

If the
candidate has also applied on seats reserved for Self finance /
Foreigners / Overseas Pakistani {Category H & I} and his name
moved up to the open merit of any other category in which he has
already been applied; |
Self Finance
fee will be refunded. |

g)
|
In case the
candidate admitted on seats reserved for Self finance /
Foreigners / Overseas Pakistani {Category H & I} as per his
merit order but he refused to join the offered discipline and
later on his merit match the open merit of the discipline of his
own choice; |
50%
deduction of self finance fee paid will be made.

h)
|
If the name
of candidate does not appeared in the merit list of respective
category; |
Money
deposited will be refunded, except processing fee. |

i)
|
If the
admission of the candidate is cancelled due to any fault or fake
documents/ immoral/ unethical activities; |
Total money
deposited by the candidate will be confiscated. |

j)

If admission
of a candidate against any seat is rejected by admission
committee; |
Total money
deposited by the candidate will be refunded |

k) |
If the
candidate has applied for B.Sc. (Honors) Computer Science along
with B.Sc. Engineering Programs or BBA by his own choice on the
admission form, then the fee deposited for engineering programs
(Rs.106,050/-) will also be considered for Computer Science, If
the candidate’s name will appear in the merit order of Computer
Science then the remaining amount will be adjusted in next dues. |
